How do I manage the volume of my Hive Camera?

If you are experiencing severe noise when using 2-way audio on your Hive Camera, it could be caused by one of the following.

Your speaker and microphone volumes are too high.

You can check this by following these steps:
1. Head to your Hive Camera app and log-in if needed using your username and password
2. Select the Hive Camera you want to manage by tapping the menu option to the right of that camera in the list of cameras
3. Select 'Setup' and then 'General'
4. Ensure that the volumes against Speaker' and 'Mic' are not too high

The phone or tablet you are using for 2-way audio is too close to the camera.

1. Move your device further away from your camera and the noise should stop.
