Products purchased directly from us

If you purchased from our website or over the phone, you’ll need to raise a return within 14 days of receiving your Hive products. You can do this by going to Account and then Orders & Returns in the Hive app – or by logging into your account on our website.

If one of our expert partner engineers has installed your Hive product and you’d like to return it, you’ll need to let us know within 14 days of installation. Contact us via webchat and we'll arrange an engineer to remove your Hive kit.

Products purchased through our retail partners

If you have purchased Hive products through one of our retail partners, any return is subject to their returns policy and their Terms and Conditions will apply.
