2. British Gas energy referrals
Switching to our friends at British Gas is simple - and with a range of tariffs to suit all lifestyles, there’s bound to be one that is perfect for each of your customers. We’ll reward you with £25 per fuel for each customer you refer who then goes on to move their energy across to British Gas.

We’re making it even easier to install Hive by giving you access to even more tools and functionality:
- Device onboarding: Add devices to your customers' Hive Hubs to make sure they’re properly set up and can communicate with each other.
- Health checking: See if the wireless network is healthy and devices are working properly, as well as getting support to make improvements.
- Installation help: Troubleshooting FAQs will join all our installation guides in the app soon, making it a one-stop shop.
- Connectivity checking: See if devices are properly connected to the Hive Hub's wireless ZigBee network by checking signal strength and for connectivity issues.
- Functionality checking: Confirm each device is working as it should. This’ll start with thermostats and eventually include the full range of Hive eco-tech.
