              1. For England and Wales: The governments Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant of up to £7,500 is available to homeowners with an EPC less than 10 years old. For full terms see gov.uk. For Scotland: The governments Home Energy Scotland grant of up to £7,500 available to homeowners. For full terms see homeenergyscotland.org. Subject to terms and eligibility.

              2. Power+ is only available for customers with a compatible EV charger and a British Gas electricity tariff with a smart meter in credit mode. “A year’s driving” is based on an assumed annual mileage of 9,000 miles, rounded from Solera cap hpi data (January 2025) showing the average EV annual mileage is 8,740. Calculations use an assumed EV efficiency of 3.3 miles/kWh and the British Gas EV Power May27 tariff (correct as of 01/04/2026), with all charging completed in Power+ mode during off‑peak periods. If on a Time of Use tariff, we will only charge your EV during the off‑peak window while in Power+ schedule mode. For full details please see Power+ Terms & Conditions.

              3. Saving of £158.40 based on the Ofgem medium annual gas consumption of 11,500 kWh at the April 2026 UK average unit price of 5.739 pence per kWh including VAT. Emissions saved per year: 508 kg CO2 (0.184kg per kWh). Actual savings will vary depending on individual circumstances
