How do I set up my Hive Hub 360?

We've created a handy user guide which you can download here for more information on how to set up your Hive Hub 360.

To get started, follow the below steps:

1.  Connect your Hive Hub 360 to a mains power socket using the power cable in the box.
  • For your hub to work at its best you should avoid placing it on the floor or in an enclosed area such as a cupboard. A table or shelf in a central location in your home is the best place.
  • The light on top of your hub will start flashing white, please don't disconnect as this may take a few minutes.
  • If the light on the top of your hub is solid blue please do the following: 1. Power off the device and switch power back on again. 2. Wait until the top of the hub displays a spinning blue light
2.  Once the light starts spinning blue, head to your Hive app and log-in if needed using your username and password.
3.  Go to the Menu, tap 'Install devices' then select 'Hub 360', follow the on-screen instructions.

That’s it! You can now pair your other Hive devices by tapping 'Install devices' in the app or online dashboard.

Hive Hint: The two USB ports on the rear of your Hive Hub 360 are for future upgrades. Please don’t use them to charge other devices, as this may damage your Hive Hub 360.
