How do I activate my online account?
If you’re new to Hive we’ll email you with a link to activate your Hive online account. You’ll need this to log-in to the Hive app or website.
If you can’t find your email please visit hivehome.com/forgotten-password so that you can complete your account activation.
You’ll need to activate your account before you install your Hive products or they won’t work.
