Will my Hive products continue to work if my broadband is turned off or stops working?
Hive Active Heating - Your heating will continue to work. Until your broadband connection is restored you can control your heating manually from your thermostat. If your heating is in schedule mode it will continue to run to the schedule that you have set.
Hive Active Plug - Your plug will continue to work. Until your broadband connection is restored you can control your plug, whether it is on or off, manually from the plug itself. If your Hive Active Plug is in schedule mode it will continue to run to the schedule that you have set as long as your Hive Hub is plugged in and switched on.
Hive Active Light - Your light will continue work. Until your broadband connection is restored you can control your light, whether it is on or off, manually from the light switch itself.
Hive Motion Sensor and Hive Door or Window Sensor - Your sensors will continue to work. However, you will not receive any notifications or status updates until your broadband connection is restored.
