What can I do if my Hive View or Hive View Outdoor isn’t working?


If you have a problem with your Hive View or Hive View Outdoor, there are a few simple checks to try which can help:
1. Check our service status page (status.hivehome.com) to see the status of the Hive app.
2. Check that your broadband connection is working. 
3. Check that your Hive View or Hive View Outdoor is connected to the mains power socket and switched on.
